About Me

 My name is Ambreen Rehman. I am a humanistic, person centered counsellor using an integrated approach and my practice is influenced by a collection of approaches. 

Using techniques from CBT, Humanistic, Psychodynamic means that my methods of therapy are flexible and I can tailor the counselling sessions to suit you.

I work with all age groups . I have worked with children, young people, and adults in various settings. I work with a variety of different clients from different backgrounds, ethnicities, sexual orientations, spiritual/ religious beliefs and I have been associated with a number of organisations and set ups. These include: Lifeline Mental Health Helpline, Open Door Counselling Service, Anglia Ruskin University Cambridge , and I'm currently associated with Cruse Bereavement Support.

I am a qualified and experienced counsellor with a diploma in Counselling and am an Accredited NCPS Member .  I follow National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society’s  strict ethical guidelines.
